T&CI Project Manager
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania (hybrid)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Project Manager to join our Transformation and Continuous Improvement department within Global Business Solutions. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving strategic initiatives, overseeing project execution, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
Project Management:
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project methodologies, standards, and best practices.
Transformation Initiatives:
• Lead and support strategic transformation projects, such as process overhauling or technology implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with change management teams to minimize resistance and maximize adoption of new initiatives.
Continuous Improvement:
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies, or other relevant frameworks.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching to build the capabilities of team members.
• Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
Stakeholder Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and team members.
• Effectively communicate project progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders at all levels.
• Address stakeholder concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
• Project Management qualifications (Prince2, APM, or PMI).
• At least 3-5 years of experience in managing projects with a strong understanding of project governance.
• Proven experience in managing project financials and realizing benefits for business areas.
• Demonstrated ability to implement multi-divisional, multi-regional projects and programmes.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with attention to detail.
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience within the Finance or IT sector would be highly beneficial.
• Fluent in English.
The annual salary offered for this position: from €48,500-68,500 Annually. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. This role is also eligible to receive discretionary annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Other rewards and benefits include the following:
