We are currently seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our IT Development Team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyze business requirements and processes, suggest solutions, and prepare project plans;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and communicate project workflows, status updates, issues, and potential solutions;
• Create and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that the development team understands and implements the requirements effectively;
• Engage with customers, business leaders, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring product alignment with market demands;
• Collaborate with developers and other team members to ensure the successful delivery of product features;
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and define KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement.

• Experience as a Project Manager, Product or Business Analyst;
• Knowledge and experience in agile project management;
• Familiarity with product development and hands-on experience in analyzing product features;
• Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and articulate them to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Strong communication skills and demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, marketing, and business professionals;
• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility, along with effective planning skills;
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Monthly salary:

• From 3000 EUR gross. A specific amount will be offered based on your work experience and competencies.
