We are looking for ambitious and passionate Regulatory Affairs Manager to join our Infrastructure Solutions Team. We are specifically looking for a colleague who would present the needs of investors to other public institutions and support the continued improvement of Lithuania’s investment environment.
What will you be doing:
- Gaining an in-depth understanding of greenfield/brownfield investment project implementation process in Lithuania and generating insights and solutions to answer investors’ pain points related to implementing such investment projects in Lithuania.
- Generating ideas on improving investment climate in Lithuania and coordinating such projects to ensure smooth and timely implementation.
- Creating and maintaining a wide network of stakeholders (central and local government institutions, any other organizations or partners), attending various meetings with them representing Invest Lithuania and new ideas for investment climate improvements.
What do expect from you?
- A university degree, preferably in Law, Business, Economics, International Relations, Management, etc.
- Your unique experience – at least 3 years in complex project management and/or business consultancy.
- Strong project management, stakeholders’ management, risk assessment skills.
- Experience/knowledge of the legislative process in Lithuania would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, leadership skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
- Creativity and drive to improve, learn and achieve big results – in other words, a desire to challenge and change the status quo.
