Your Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: From sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, you will manage the entire recruitment cycle for multilingual roles.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with BPO clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver top talent that fits their criteria.
- Talent Sourcing: Leverage your network, job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to find the best candidates.
- Multilingual Focus: You will specifically recruit for positions that require candidates who speak multiple languages (such as English, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Dutch, etc.).
- Negotiation & Closing: Ensure successful placements by negotiating offers, closing candidates, and managing the expectations of both clients and candidates.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience: Proven experience as a freelance recruiter with a focus on multilingual roles is a must. You know the market and how to recruit talent that meets diverse language and skill requirements.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with BPOs or similar industries is highly desirable.
- Language Skills: You are multilingual yourself, or you have a deep understanding of multilingual recruitment.
- Self-Motivation: This is a commission-based roleyour success depends on your drive and ability to make placements. You should be comfortable working independently and managing your time.
- Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using modern recruitment tools, ATS systems, and social media platforms like LinkedIn.
- Adaptability: Able to recruit across different countries and cultures, understanding local employment regulations where applicable.
