Supporting retail store operations through different specific tasks detailed below.

Active participation in editing retail operations materials on ThinkTime Portal,coordinating and controlling the communication with the respective stores.

Close cooperation with District Manager and Store Managers (marketing, reporting, store visits, emails).

- Coordination of VAT Invoice flow
- Creating orders in internal systems (SRM; Ariba).

Occasional involevement in coordinating the production and installment of in-store communication materials

Involvement in supporting daily store operations, store openings and related procesescoordination
|
- Participating in Store Manager meetings and trainings

Coordination of store operations compliance to company’s policy and procedures,communication with supporting functions
|

Translation of marketing materials to English and Lithuanian, coordinating thetranslations to Latvian and Estonian
|
- Preparing consolidated weekly business reports coming from stores
- Creating all retail related reports (Sell Out; article analysis etc)

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Higher edication with focus on business administration, commerce or finance
