Position Overview: We are looking for a mid-level Power Automate Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, an understanding of business processes, and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workflow Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate. Ensure that solutions are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business requirements.
- Process Analysis: Work with business stakeholders to understand and document process automation needs. Translate these requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Integration: Integrate Power Automate solutions with other Microsoft tools (e.g., SharePoint, Power Apps, Teams) and third-party systems to create seamless automation workflows.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of automation workflows to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during development and testing.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for all automation solutions, including process flows, configurations, and user guides.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Power Automate and related Microsoft technologies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in developing automation solutions with Microsoft Power Automate.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power Automate; familiarity with related tools like Power Apps, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams is highly desirable.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to design creative and effective automation solutions.
- Communication: Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Additional Strengths (Preferred but Not Required):
Candidates with the following additional skills and experiences will be given extra consideration:
- Advanced Microsoft Ecosystem Knowledge: Experience with other Microsoft tools like Power BI, Azure Logic Apps, or Dynamics 365.
- Process Automation: Experience in automating business processes involving complex logic and multiple integrations.
- Intelligent Automation Tools: Knowledge of and experience with Intelligent Automation tools such as Blue Prism, UiPath, or other RPA platforms.
- Project Management: Experience in managing or participating in the planning and execution of automation projects, especially in agile environments.
- AI & Machine Learning Integration: Basic understanding of how AI and machine learning can be integrated with Power Automate to enhance automation capabilities.

Salary in Lithuania: 3570 - 4300 eur. gross. Final offer will depend on candidate's competences and experience.
