Vacancy: Record-to-Report (RTR) Analyst
Location: Vilnius, LT (Hybrid)

As the Record-to-Report (RTR) Analyst you will perform professional accounting work involving compilation, consolidation and analysis of financial data. 

The role reports to the RTR Manager and is part of a team responsible for supporting management accounting and financial reporting activities. The role will involve working closely with various stakeholders to prepare reports and financial statements to ensure timely reporting to external auditors, regulators, internal management and third parties.

Your responsibilities:
The RTR Analyst will be required to support the RTR Manager in delivering the services under the RTR tower, executing the following responsibilities:
•    Perform Month-end Controls Activity and provide statutory audit support.
•    Perform Trial balance and other technical reviews.
•    Prepare management accounts / reports for a range of business stakeholders.
•    Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for management and other stakeholders, including shareholder reports and regulatory reports.
•    Provide support in monitoring financial & business performance metrics and operational performance measurement metrics.
•    Perform other reasonable duties within the Record-to-Report tower as required.
•    Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements for the role:
•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics / Business / Finance / Statistics or related field.
•    Proved experience in a record-to-report role in a global corporate business.
•    Business orientation and interest.
•    Gravitas, self-awareness, and relationship-building skills needed to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
•    Pro-active and ability to use own initiative.
•    Accountable, delivers on promises and follows through on commitments even in challenging circumstances.
•    Knowledge of key business process technologies, including ERP systems.
•    Fluent English speaker, accurately able to read and write English and to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and management.
