We are looking for a passionate Sales Development Representative to join our team.
What will you do:
- Prospect Like a Pro: Conduct thorough research to identify and engage key decision-makers at top fintech firms. Use your sharp communication skills to connect through cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach, laying the foundation for valuable business relationships;
- Manage Sales Activities: Drive both outbound prospecting efforts and handle inbound sales inquiries, ensuring a balanced approach to generating and nurturing leads;
- Pitch & Demo: Develop and deliver tailored sales pitches and product demos that highlight our unique value proposition and address the needs of each prospect;
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term connections with both new and existing accounts, focusing on delivering value through our SaaS products and custom software solutions;
- Execute Sales Strategy: Be an active part of the sales strategy implementation, collaborating with the broader sales and marketing teams to drive growth;
- Stay Organized: Keep meticulous records of all interactions and track your progress in our CRM system, ensuring data is always up to date;
- Analyze Competitors: Constantly monitor and analyze the competition to identify opportunities to differentiate our solutions and refine our unique selling points.
What we expect:
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a history of meeting and exceeding revenue, lead generation, or client acquisition targets;
- Goal-Oriented and Results-Driven: A relentless focus on achieving and surpassing targets, with a strong motivation to drive income and generate tangible outcomes;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to new challenges and opportunities;
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor messages to various audiences;
- Strong problem-solving, planning and analytical skills, with a strategic approach to tackling obstacles and optimizing processes;
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with attention to clarity and persuasiveness;
- Experience in market research and analysis, used to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies;
- Solid understanding of the IT industry and awareness of current market trends is a strong advantage.
