Guru Pay is an EMI based in Lithuania with a goal to deliver a personalized boutique service to B2B, B2C and C2B customers. Our team is small, yet highly ambitious in delivering high tier service for our business accounts.
The Sales and Accounts team is the face of customer care excellence. A Sales Manager owns things: from the first impression they create when meeting new customers, learning our product to accurately consult potential customers all the way to the finish line when the customer successfully joins Guru Pay.
What will you do:
- Own the full lifecycle of sales from lead management to closing deals;
- Engage clients on and off-site to build relationships and learn their business needs;
- Create and execute email campaigns targeting key prospects and existing clients;
- Represent the company at conferences and industry events to expand business networks;
- Manage CRM data and ensure accurate reporting of sales activities and forecasts;
- Collect feedback for product development based on customer needs and fintech trends.
What we expect:
- We are looking for a strong mid-level from a finance environment - that means tangible experience in account management or active sales in a fintech or finance company;
- Strong (C1 or higher) English language skills, oral and written;
- Permit to live and work in Lithuania;
- Work experience that required organizational and time management skills;
- Experience with email campaign tools and CRM systems;
- A self-starter - you don’t need a process to intuitively know what you can do to scale successful sales.
