Being part of the Pan-Baltic Compliance organisation, we are  looking for a new colleague in Lithuania - Sanctions Compliance Officer who would like to seize the opportunity to work with complex tasks and implement newly released sanctions here and now!

  • Gross salary. 2800 - 3600 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies


What You Will Do:


  • Investigate and make decisions on escalated Sanctions cases

  • Conduct Sanctions related reporting to the relevant competent authorities of Lithuania

  • Support organization in Sanctions related topics, contribute to internal training to Luminor employees

  • Ensure compliance with international and local regulatory requirements in Sanctions area and Luminor Sanctions Framework

  • Contribute to process improvements to ensure pan-Baltic alignment and process efficiency

  • Prepare regular and ad hoc internal and external Sanctions related reports

  • Contribute to creating a great customer experience.


Skills and experience:


  • Higher educational degree (preferably in law, finance or economics)


  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English languages (verbal and written)

  • Experience in Sanctions area

  • Certification in Sanctions area would be an advantage

  • Understanding of bank products and processes

  • Structured way of working

  • Analytical skills and holistic, strategic mindset

  • High level of motivation, combined with good networking skills, initiative, creativity, high ethical standards and a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to results.
