Location: Vilnius, Lithuania (hybrid)
Johnson Matthey (JM) is looking for an experienced Senior Agile Delivery Manager who can contribute to its continued and ongoing digital expansion and growth. We're an agile team working within a well-established team, and you'll be an essential member of the team working closely with the business on a range of exciting projects. You will be developing the high-level Epics with T-shirt estimates, documenting the value of each. You’ll be collaborating closely with Agile business analysts to foster good agile practices. You’ll also attend daily stand-ups with the team to address any concerns and additionally helping the business in functional testing of the stories and Epics delivered. This role will report to the Head of Agile & Product Management.
Salary range for this position starts from 50,500 to 72,000 EUR per year various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. This role is also eligible to receive discretionary annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Other rewards and benefits include the following:
