Our client, a prestigious global investment management firm, is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join their team in Lithuania. With over 15 years of consistent performance, the company specializes in utilities, industrials, commodities, and infrastructure globally, with offices in the Cayman Islands, London, New York, and Gibraltar.

The firm is a global financial research provider for asset management institutions, including hedge funds and private equity. Its award-winning team operates in a flat structure, offering early recognition and direct involvement in investment decisions. This is the only opportunity in the Baltics to gain City and Wall Street-level exposure to financial markets and asset management.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Tracking and reporting on pertinent news within utilities, industrials or renewables sector (micro/ macro/ politics research)

  • Formulating actionable investment strategies based on thorough analysis of financial data, market trends, and sector performance

  • Analyzing historical and current financial trends to forecast future performance and identify emerging opportunities

  • Developing and updating financial models

  • Working closely with portfolio managers, traders, and other analysts to align financial insights with overall investment strategies

  • Crafting comprehensive reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients, summarizing research findings and investment recommendations

  • Staying updated on market developments, regulatory changes, and economic indicators that may impact investment portfolios

Our expectations for the candidate:


  • 3+ years of relatable work experience within utilities, industrials or renewables sector

  • A degree in Finance/ Economics/ Mathematics

  • Genuine interest in the field of finance and investment

  • Excellent knowledge of English, oral and written

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel in particular

  • Results oriented with can-do attitude

  • Ability to work in high intensity environment while maintaining impeccable attention to details and diligence

  • Willing to work on-site

  • Enrolment in CFA program is an advantage

The salary range for this position starts at 3700 € (net) per month + bonus upon results. More benefits like gym, office snacks and quarterly team building events included.
