Risk & Compliance Tribe brings together business and IT professionals into cross-functional squads and enables us to work in a truly agile organisation. Each of these squads are self-organized teams empowering its employees to take their own decisions while working on the end-to-end delivery of products and services.


The team consists of a 6 Software Engineers, 2 Business Analysts. We are an international team with colleagues working from Lithuania and Denmark.


Beyond your squad, you will also be part of the Cloud Chapter, a vibrant community of tech enthusiasts committed to continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and the dissemination of best practices across the organization.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority for the role.


You will:



  • Design and develop high-quality software solutions using .NET

  • Collaborate with cross-functional squads to define and implement new features and enhancements

  • Ensure scalability and reliability of applications through effective design

  • Lead the migration of legacy systems to .NET applications within AWS environments

  • Uphold high-quality standards by implementing and enforcing best coding practices

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers

  • Stay updated with new technologies and best practices in software development and cloud computing

  • Share knowledge with developers in your chapter and squad, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth


About you:



  • 5+ years of experience in developing and maintaining applications

  • Proficiency in .Net Core with C#

  • Experience working with cloud services and managing scalable cloud-based applications (preferably with AWS)

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field would be a beneficial asset

  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment following Agile methodologies

  • Motivation to share knowledge and mentor junior developers

  • Experience with software architecture, Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, and CI/CD would be a beneficial asset

  • Upper Intermediate English skills, both written and spoken

Monthly salary range from 4480 EUR to 6720 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
