The Brand Communications team ensures that everyone inside and outside of Nord Security knows what takes place in our company. The team takes care of internal and external brand communications channels: from newsletters, website, internal & external events to social media and external media channels, executes employer brand communications plans, aligns marketing campaigns, establishes brand awareness, and builds online reputation.
Main Responsibilities
- Project Management: manage end-to-end employer branding projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Communications, and external partners;
- Infuse employer branding elements into all communications to demonstrate authenticity with employees and attract talent;
- Collaborate with our internal designers, copywriters, production teams, external creative and media agencies to develop a world-class communicational narrative and creatives that build a movement around the brand’s mission and vision;
- Design and execute employer brand presence at recruitment events, conferences, job fairs, and online webinars that showcase our culture and opportunities;
- Lead a team of talented colleagues, providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities to ensure the successful execution of employer branding initiatives;
- Engage with employees to capture and amplify authentic stories, championing them as brand ambassadors and fostering a sense of pride and community;
- Carry out different research on competitors, employees, and brand awareness. All focused on opportunities for brand growth;
- Be responsible for the budget by planning resources and estimating costs;
- Analyze and monitor progress by preparing and presenting various reports.
Core Requirements
- 5+ years of proven brand-related experience in a business or brand/creative agency;
- Sense of ownership and commitment;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams;
- Excellent spoken and written English skills;
- Tech-savvy personality.
Bonus Points for
- Experience in working previously employer branding team is a huge advantage;
- Experience in working with global brands or/and digital products would be an advantage.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 3060 - 4300 EUR/Month.
