We are an ambitious team working to make Lithuania a draw for global business. Currently, we are looking for a Senior Public Relations Manager to join our Marketing and Communication Department. Your role will focus on spreading the word about Lithuania's investment environment and success stories in the local media.
As a Senior PR project manager, you will be in charge of storytelling—crafting narratives that explain the value of FDI, informing the Lithuanian public about the latest investment projects, and strengthening Invest Lithuania’s reputation. These stories may come in many shapes and forms but will always connect the action to the audience. We need someone who can find the right words and build meaningful connections, inspiring the local audience with the success stories Invest Lithuania facilitates.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Ensure that key topics, such as the value of foreign direct investment (FDI), improvements in the business environment, talent availability, and infrastructure, receive adequate attention in Lithuanian media.
- Plan and execute announcements about new companies entering Lithuania.
- Collaborate within a team to develop and implement public relations strategies.
- Manage relationships with various stakeholders, including media contacts, global business leaders, and local partners.
- Strengthen and amplify the voices of Invest Lithuania’s speakers and experts in the public sphere.
- Pitch compelling stories, interviews, and topics to Lithuanian journalists.
- Stay informed on local and global news trends to identify relevant opportunities for communication.
What Do We Expect From You?
- At least 3 years of experience in public relations, journalism, internal or external communications, or a related field. Experience in crisis communication is a significant advantage.
- Fluency in both Lithuanian and English.
- A network of connections in the Lithuanian media.
- The ability to think critically, analyze multiple stories and sources, and connect the dots to create compelling narratives.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management abilities to handle complex and ambitious projects.
- Quick thinking and agility to spot, evaluate, and react to various relevant trends in Lithuania and abroad.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.

- Gross salary from 2800 to 3350 Eur/month depending on candidate’s qualifications and experience.
