Your closest colleagues will be a Product Owner, Solution Architect, Business Analysts, Process Partners, and a team of Software Engineers. We are based in Copenhagen, Vilnius, and Bangalore.

You will:
- Drive initiatives within end-to-end process optimizations, analysis, explore business needs, and address problems
- Work on a sustainable execution model and elevate this responsibility to the next level
- Manage processes from exploration to release
- Take an active role in enhancing customer interactions and experiences, streamlining processes from start to finish, optimizing operations through Lean methodologies, managing transformative changes, and overseeing project management practices within the PMO
- Collaborate with Developers and Architects in your and other squads to ensure business needs are accurately developed and implemented
- Support stakeholders, users, and tech colleagues with quality assurance and testing
About you:
- Green/Black belt certification in Lean & Six Sigma OR certified Lean Manager
- Knowledge of BPMN notation is a significant benefit
- At least 3 years leading a process re-engineering/optimization/excellence transformation agenda, using your process-optimization toolbox actively with a proven track record
- Project/Program management experience, e.g., certified (Agile, Prince2, PMP, SAFe), utilizing process management as one of the methods to define future solutions
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills alongside a data and process-driven approach
- Systemic thinking, pragmatic structured problem-solving capability, a drive for change, and the ability to structure ambiguity
- Ability to influence without official authority and a curiosity about engaging in a large complex organization
- Proven experience in anchoring sustainable change in the prioritized area or organization following change implementation
- Previous experience delivering training or providing mentoring/coaching on Lean and Process improvement methods is an advantage
- Advanced English language skills

Please be informed that if the position will be hired in Lithuania, the monthly salary range will be from 3840 EUR to 5760 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
