Sr. Relationship Manager will be managing the total relationship towards a portfolio of large corporate customers according to Luminor values, policies and concepts and will aim to attract and acquire new customers to ensure new business and sustained growth. You will be responsible to secure profitability and sustained growth by optimizing business results and customers satisfaction.


What You Will Do:


  •   Be the main point of entry to personalized, quality services for Large Corporate customers across the Luminor Group

  • Actively use all possibilities in the market in order to acquire new customers or expand cooperation with existing

  • Orchestrate customer lending process and credit papers preparation, present credit cases to the Credit Committee

  • Be ultimately responsible for total customer profitability, risks and the overall relationship between the bank and customer

  • Understand customer’s business fully, identify potential for banking services and know customer’s total banking picture

  • Know your Customer and ensure a Customer’s long-term value creation through a partnership, by examining value drivers

  • Manage and develop the customer team and the use of relevant specialists in Luminor to meet customers needs and provide best banking solutions

  • Proactively secure high customer satisfaction and develop long term relationship.


What We Expect: 


  • 3-4 years effective sales and negotiation skills, including client prospecting and pro-active sales or Relationship Manager experience in Corporate Banking, Medium or Large segments.

  • Higher degree in Economics, Business Management, Finance or Banking

  • Excellent knowledge of banking products, credit products and financial analysis

  • Very good understanding of credit risk and Credit Policy

  • Advanced sales skills, including client prospecting and pro-active sales

  • Advanced negotiation and presentation skills

  • Analytical skills and Development focus

  • Flexibility and openness to change

  • Cooperation, effective communication and customer focus

  • Readiness to take ownership and strong target orientation

  • Creativity and high integrity

  • Local language (Lithuanian) is must and advanced level of English: fluent in any spoken and written communication within the range of own personal and professional experience
