OUR NEW SENIOR SOLUTION SPECIALIST
As a Senior Solution Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with prospective clients, understanding their business needs, and showcasing the value of our Managed Cloud Services. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing strategic relationships, and contributing to the growth of our international business.
SOME OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engage with prospective clients to conduct comprehensive assessments, understanding and analyzing their business requirements and challenges
Collaborate with technical teams to design customized Managed Cloud Services solutions
Prepare detailed proposals, including technical specifications, transition plans, and pricing models
Demonstrate a deep understanding of cloud computing, infrastructure, and related technologies in general
Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams, including sales, product, and technical teams, to ensure seamless opportunity handovers and optimize service delivery through knowledge sharing and best practice adoption.
Build strong relationships with clients, including C-level executives
Engage actively with CMS Pre-Sales team to develop and share knowledge and build quality proposal assets.
Collaborate effectively with country sales professionals to foster strong internal relationships.
SOME OF OUR REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
More than 20 years proven experience in a pre-sales or offering specialist role within the IT services industry
Strong technical acumen and understanding of cloud computing, virtualization, and infrastructure technologies on one or more of the platforms (Azure, AWS & GCP)
Solid commercial and contractual understanding in the context of managed services
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience
Demonstrated success in developing and closing large, complex deals in an international environment
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
