The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity to join our People team and work on international projects with some of the most prestigious fintech and financial services organisations globally.

Are you interested in playing a central role in shaping our future organisation? Architus is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a dynamic Mid/Senior level Talent Acquisition Enthusiast to help us scale new heights!

In This Position, You’ll:

  • Partner with the Head of People to prioritise hiring needs and build a seamless interview process that helps us hire the right talent.
  • Own the hiring process: job advertisement, campaigns, proactive sourcing, selection, and closing.
  • Implement top recruitment techniques and interview practices to attract and engage candidates.
  • Provide strategic recruiting expertise by staying current with industry trends and best practices, while tracking key metrics to develop actionable plans for improving recruitment results.
  • Understand each project and its needs in-depth by working closely with potential clients
  • Organise and manage talent acquisition events to enhance engagement and boost company brand awareness
  • Participate in other HR projects if needed.

If You:

  • Are passionate about IT recruitment with a focus on hiring for attitude.
  • Have at least 2-3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including online posting, candidate assessments, interviews, and offer negotiation.
  • Are accountable for key metrics, future needs, and market trends to stay ahead.
  • Can propose and implement new channels for active and passive candidate acquisition.
  • Can manage our CRM to maintain an organised, up-to-date talent database.
  • Keep clients updated on recruitment progress with regular status reports.
  • Have excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English, both written and verbal.
  • Are committed to ongoing professional development and staying current with talent acquisition best practices.
  • Are adaptable, team-oriented, and customer-focused with strong organisational skills.
  • Value freedom and understand responsibility.

The salary range for this position is from 2200 euros to 3300 euros gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies.
