GetJet Airlines is a Lithuanian airline company, providing ACMI and charter services since 2016. GetJet Airlines operates a fleet consisting of Airbus A320 and Boeing 737 NG type aircraft. The company provides wet lease and charter services worldwide to airlines and tour operators, including Wizz Air, Transavia, Norwegian, LOT, Tez Tour and others.

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and objectives. 
  • Leading the full-cycle recruitment process from initial briefing to offer and onboarding. 
  • Developing and executing creative sourcing tactics to attract candidates and effectively fill open positions. 
  • Maintaining talent pools, searching for candidates for key positions and keeping frequent contact using different communication tools. 
  • Implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting. 
  • Collaborating with marketing and other HR teams to enhance employer branding efforts, driving company representation at career fairs, recruitment events to attract talents. 
  • Staying updated on recruiting trends and best practices. 
  • Joining additional HR projects and activities.  

We expect you have: 

  • At least 2 years of working experience in recruitment area, either agency or inhouse. 
  • Skills in sourcing, assessment, and managing candidate experience. 
  • Excellent communication skills with the credibility to discuss technical skills and competencies, the ability to really see others and build strong relationships. 
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software. 
  • Experience in managing various stakeholders and shifting priorities. 
  • Proactive problem-solving personality with hands-on mentality & customer orientation. 
  • Great English skills, both speaking and writing. 
  • Ambition to grow in Talent Acquisition field & become an expert in recruiting.
