What You Will Do:

    • Create partnerships with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to understand business targets.
    • Own a full sourcing cycle and help Hostinger grow by finding and attracting the best.
    • Continuously look for improvements and new ways to headhunt top talent.
    • Bring Market insights for future hiring success.
    • Build long-term connections and ensure highest-quality Candidate experience.
    • Bring new ideas to stand out from the crowd.
    • Share your knowledge and educate Hiring Managers to headhunt candidates.
    • Touch on our Culture and Employer Branding initiatives.
    • Never stop learning and investing into your professional growth.

What We Expect:

    • You are passionate about sourcing and recruitment, finding and attracting the best talent.
    • You have 1+ years of proven record as a Talent Sourcer for both tech and non-tech roles.
    • You are an owner and don't wait to be told what to do. You are ready to raise your hand when no one does and turn a challenge into an opportunity.
    • You continuously learn and develop yourself as well as share your knowledge with your peers and partners.
    • You have a strong can-do attitude and inspire others to achieve greatness together.
    • You can fluently communicate in both English and Lithuanian.
