Your day-to-day:
- Ensure quality of service and fluent technical communication with our clients;
- Coordinate directly with the development team to deliver quality solutions for client issues;
- Take initiative on improving the Way of Work;
- Create and maintain internal documentation.
Your skills & experience:
- Proven experience working directly with clients;
- Quick and sharp IT-oriented mindset;
- Fluency in English;
- Curious and positive attitude.
- Experience with Bash would be a plus;
- Knowledge of any programming language would be a plus;
- SQL knowledge would be a major plus.

Salary:
- Gross salary: 1160 - 1990 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
