Trade Finance Baltic unit is responsible for end-to-end processes, including sales activities, of Trade Finance products. We own product development and offering area. In each Baltic country there is a separate Trade Finance team taking care of local business customers’ needs.
What You Will Do:
- Handle Trade Finance products such as bank guarantees, letters of credit and documentary collections, supporting both import and export side of our customer’s business
- Be efficient in processing these products and providing high quality services to our customers, according to defined process descriptions and SLA across functional areas
- Be proactive and initiative taking in solving issues, investigating incidents or errors, you will know how to handle complex and non-standard cases
- Closely involved in Trade Finance transactions compliance area, both by checking actual transactions as well as contributing to improvement of procedure and guidelines
- Have direct communication with our customers on transaction level, explaining the risks and mitigation actions, benefits and other relevant things regarding the transaction
- Advise and consult customer when needed, as well as you will need to recognize suspicious and speculative transactions, act in accordance with internal regulations and procedures
- Perform activities in bank’s core systems, you will need to contribute to various reporting activities of Trade Finance products
- Have the opportunity to participate in projects, in Trade Finance product development processes
- Acquire knowledge of international rules governing the Trade Finance products that are so broadly and actively used in international trade all over the world

Gross salary. 2110 - 2640 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
