We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI and Reporting Specialist to join our Transformation and Continuous Improvement department within Global Business Solutions. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving data-driven decision-making by developing and maintaining insightful dashboards, reports, and analyses.
Data Analysis and Visualization:
• Gather, clean, and prepare data from various sources for analysis.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or other relevant tools.
• Create visualizations (e.g., charts, graphs, tables) to communicate data effectively.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Business Intelligence Solutions:
• Design and implement business intelligence (BI) solutions to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements.
• Develop data models and integrations to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Power Platform Development:
• Develop and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents to automate processes and streamline workflows.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with existing systems and data sources.
• Create custom applications and bots to enhance user experience and productivity.
Data Governance:
• Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data governance standards and best practices.
• Maintain data documentation and metadata.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure data alignment with organizational objectives.
• University Degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar background with a focus on Power Platform.
• Experience with data modelling and ETL processes.
• A solid understanding of continuous improvement principles and practices.
• Strong business orientation and interest.
• Full proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, processes, and workflow technology.
• Experience in using scripting languages such as Python or R.
• Hands-on experience with ERP software (SAP) and consolidation systems.
• Process mapping experience, along with understanding of KPIs, controls, and risks.
• Certifications in Power BI or other relevant data analytics tools (advantageous).
• Fluent in English.
The annual salary offered for this position: from €48,500-60,500 Annually. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
