Key Responsibilities

• Blockchain Development: Design, develop, and deploy secure blockchain applications, smart contracts, and decentralized systems.
• Smart Contracts: Write and audit smart contracts using Solidity, Rust, or other relevant languages.
• Staking Solutions: Implement staking contracts and optimize yield farming mechanisms.
• Cross-Chain Bridging: Develop and maintain cross-chain bridges to enable seamless asset transfers between different blockchain networks.
• Messaging Protocols: Implement blockchain-based messaging solutions for interoperability (e.g., LayerZero, Axelar, Wormhole).
• Decentralized Swaps: Develop smart contract-based token swapping solutions, including AMM (Automated Market Maker) logic.
• Tokenization: Develop and manage token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, BEP-20, etc.).
• Integration: Integrate blockchain solutions with existing systems, APIs, and third-party services.
• Security & Audits: Ensure the security and efficiency of blockchain applications by conducting audits and optimizing gas fees.
• Consensus & Protocols: Implement and work with different consensus mechanisms (PoW, PoS, DPoS, etc.).
• Scalability & Performance: Optimize smart contracts and blockchain networks for performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to build seamless blockchain-based applications.
• Research & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in blockchain technology and recommend improvements.

• Strong experience in blockchain frameworks (Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Solana, Polygon, Hyperledger, etc.).
• Proficiency in Solidity, Rust, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience in staking contract development, liquidity pools, and reward mechanisms.
• Knowledge of cross-chain bridging technologies (LayerZero, Axelar, Wormhole, etc.).
• Experience with decentralized swap platforms (Uniswap, PancakeSwap, Curve, etc.).
• Familiarity with Web3.js, Ethers.js, and other blockchain libraries.
• Understanding of Layer 2 solutions (Optimistic Rollups, zk-Rollups, Arbitrum, etc.).
• Familiarity with IPFS, decentralized storage, and smart contract auditing.
• Experience with DeFi protocols, NFTs, DAOs, and yield farming strategies.

Location: Flexible within European Union (current authorization to work in Lithuania is required)

Salary: Depending on skill set and experience, the salary for this role is 60,000 - 75,000 EUR per year gross
