Business Analyst

We are looking for a passionate Business Analyst to join our team.

What will you do:

• Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand clients’ business goals;
• Gather and analyze business requirements;
• Document and validate requirements, ensuring accuracy and feasibility;
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications;
• Lead internal and external User Story acceptance.

What we expect:

• At least 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT field;
• Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies;
• Ability to pick up technical and business concepts quickly; 
• Experience in requirements analysis and proposal writing; 
• Great social, communication and negotiation skills;
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written);
• Familiarity with various analysis techniques and tools is a plus.
