We are currently seeking a talented: Business Growth Manager to join our team.

Role Overview:

As a Business Growth Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our expansion strategy. This role combines elements of market research, strategy, sales, and relationship management to unlock new revenue streams and scale our business effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, analyze, and prioritize new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Build and nurture partnerships, strategic alliances, and business channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop go-to-market plans.
  • Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting on growth initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  • Drive pilot programs and experiments to validate new business ideas.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of business models, go-to-market strategies, and B2B dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable plans.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach to solving problems.

We offer:

Base monthly salary: 4650-5450 € (before tax). The specific salary can be negotiated and offered depending on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the position's requirements.
