We're looking for a hands-on, mid to senior-level Financial Analyst to join our team. The role involves deep financial analysis, building advanced Excel models, and generating insights that support strategic growth. It requires both a high-level view and the ability to dive into details when needed. This position plays a key role in driving smarter decision-making and improving efficiency across CityBee and MyBee. There’s also the opportunity to contribute to cross-functional projects that enhance our overall analytical capabilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Perform financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support budgeting and planning processes
- Conduct comprehensive financial modeling, including scenario analysis and sensitivity testing, to assess business performance and evaluate potential investments
- Monitor key financial metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management, helping to guide strategic decision-making
- Prepare and present financial reports, presentations, to stakeholders, including executives and department heads
- Develop and prepare analytical tools and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization
- Collaborate closely with the Power BI team to design and develop impactful reports that provide valuable insights to stakeholders
- Participate in analytical development projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our analytical capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or a related field
- Experience as a Finance Analyst or similar role, preferably in a corporate finance or strategic planning capacity (2-3 years)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulae, pivot tables, and data manipulation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful conclusions
- Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Monthly salary:
- From 3000 EUR to 4000 EUR gross. Specific amount will be offered based on your work experience and competencies.
