We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced: Dedicated Fleet Account Managers Team Lead to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Dedicated Fleet Account Managers, providing mentorship, support, and training to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Oversee the execution of fleet management strategies, ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives.
  • Develop and implement best practices for client engagement, account management, and service delivery.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as the main point of contact for escalations and complex issues.
  • Analyze fleet performance metrics and client satisfaction data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to optimize logistics operations and enhance service offerings.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor tactics to inform strategic planning and positioning of our services.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within the logistics and supply chain sector.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, managing teams successfully to achieve set targets.
  • Strong understanding of fleet management processes and logistics operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive performance improvements.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in other European languages is a plus.

Monthly salary ranges from 2650 EUR to 3320 EUR gross + quarterly bonuses (the specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the requirements of the position.).
