Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic professional to lead our IT Infrastructure Services team. In this role, you'll oversee critical departmental functions, drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge IT infrastructure strategies, and ensure our systems remain robust, reliable, and secure. Department Management
Hires and dismisses IT Infrastructure Services staff
Oversees initial and ongoing training of IT Infrastructure Services staff
Evaluates performance, facilitates professional development and career advancement of departmental staff
IT Infrastructure Managemen t
Develops, implements and manages a 24x365 IT infrastructure of the company, ensuring its scalability, integrity, performance, economy, and reliability
Communicates with partners across the company and with company management to ensure that IT infrastructure-related agendas are tied to overall company objectives and create competitive advantage for PSI
Acts as liaison for IT infrastructure needs between company management and PSI departments
Assists and consults other company departments on the use of PSI IT infrastructure services
Approves and supervises strategic plans and concepts for the design of company-wide IT infrastructure and oversees compliance, follow up and support thereof
Oversees the development of PSI IT technology roadmap for automation, network monitoring, cloud, infrastructure and security
Supervises and manages IT projects
Develops IT infrastructure disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Plans the IT infrastructure budget and communicates its priorities to company management and to direct reports
Supervises and controls purchasing of infrastructure hard- and software across PSI
Supervises IT managers and provides them with strategic guidance and vision
Prepares for and attends quality assurance systems audits, both internal and external pertinent to IT Infrastructure Services
Information Security
Defines and leads the implementation of security controls (Security Operations Center, Identity Access Management, Endpoint Security, etc.)
Leads operational engagement and manages metrics for measuring Information Security maturity
Tracks and coordinates Information Security involvement in business-driven technology projects
Keeps abreast of Information Security trends, articulates security-related topics and principles in business terms
Drives the delivery of Information Security plans and implementation of leading practice controls, based on proactive defense principles and strategies
Leads the team of Information Security Specialists
Implements ISO 27001
Is responsible for Security Risk Management, supports the life cycle of security risk assessments
Assesses and addresses deviations from security policies and contractual security provisions, develops effective strategies to mitigate identified information security risks
Supports security incident response team in resolution and close of investigations of security incidents, takes responsibility of postmortem and remediation plans
Trains and consults PSI staff on information security awareness and procedures
Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years' experience in IT
5 years+ experience in Information Security related fields and/and or risk management
Experience in a managerial position
Degree in Computer Science Information Systems, or Information Technology
One or more technical security certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CISA
Solid understanding of computers and computing environment, including operating systems, networking, distributed computing environments, databases, and programming languages
Advanced skills in administrating of well-known operation systems and platforms
Advanced proficiency in current Microsoft products and solutions
Advanced proficiency in current Cisco products and solutions
Knowledge of IT security technology, architecture and processes
Knowledge of information security management systems and relevant industry standards and control frameworks (in particular ISO270xx, CIS Controls, ICH CEH)
Knowledge of IT-related regulatory and legal requirements
Experience with security operations and incident response/handling
Experience leading advanced and complex projects and initiatives
Full working proficiency in English
