Your Mission   

We are looking for a Director of Business Process Paternity Cover to join our fast-growing Commercial Enablement team. Reporting to our SVP Commercial Enablement you will be supporting the team on the optimization of our sales processes and tools.  

You are highly organized and detail oriented. The Director of Business Process will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the sales process within our organization. A major focus for the initial stage of this role will be as a member of the SalesForce Transformation taskforce. 

The ideal candidate will have a track record of driving process improvements, streamlining operations, and enhancing overall sales performance. Together with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience as a Business Process Reengineering Manager , Sales Operations Manager, or a similar role. 
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, sales processes, and best practices. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive process improvements. 
  • Highly experienced with SalesForce and HubSpot, and proficiency in using sales automation and productivity tools. 
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. 
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process compliance. 
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 


Responsibilities

  • Managing the commercial side of the development of a Sales instance of SalesForce.  
  • Analyzing the existing processes for sales (including SalesForce) to identify areas for improvement, make recommendations and implement the strategies agreed to streamline and optimize the process. 
  • Collaborate with the commercials enablement and sales leadership teams to define and document sales processes, workflows, and best practices. 
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency across the sales team. 
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics to identify trends, areas of improvement, and potential bottlenecks in the sales process. 
  • Identify and implement sales process automation and technology solutions to enhance productivity and sales efficiency. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to align sales processes with organizational goals and objectives. 
  • Conduct regular sales process audits to ensure compliance and adherence to established procedures. 
  • Continuously evaluate and improve sales forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity tracking processes. 
  • Identify and address sales process gaps and bottlenecks that hinder sales team performance or customer experience. 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to sales processes and methodologies. 

Monthly salary: €9,275 (before taxes). Specific salary is offered based on competence, work experience and compliance with other job requirements.
