Engineering Manager

At Inventi, we’re building reliable and effortless ways for Fintechs to access payment and regulatory systems. 

Now, we’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead one of our core teams and shape how we work, grow, and deliver impact. You’ll act as both coach and process owner - helping people grow, removing friction, and making sure the team is focused, aligned, and effective.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Lead the team. Support the team in achieving goals while mentoring individual engineers in their growth.
• Level up team process. Implement and continuously refine how the team works.
• Drive alignment. Help the team define goals, norms, and a sense of purpose.
• Foster clarity. Simplify decisions, document best practices, and guide collaboration.
• Own the playbook. Ensure processes and practices are documented, shared, and evolving through the Playbook.
