Job Description
We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Ignitis Renewables team. In this role, you will be responsible for project planning across all phases of wind and/or solar projects. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
Creating and maintaining overall project schedules across all project phases
Verifying and integrating third-party schedules into the overall project timeline
Monitoring progress, analyzing critical path activities, and identifying potential bottlenecks
Assessing the scheduling impact of changes, analyzing and visualizing scenarios, and proposing alternative schedules when needed
Producing forecasts for the project team, evaluating key performance metrics, and continuously reviewing contractor progress to ensure milestone achievement
Providing scheduling input for management reports and supporting overall report preparation
Identifying scheduling conflicts that could delay projects and recommending remedial actions when necessary.
Qualifications
Higher education
At least 1 year of experience working on projects as a planner, project manager, project engineer, or in a similar role
Work experience in the construction, energy, or utilities sector
Familiarity with construction-related processes and project management methodologies
Experience using project planning and scheduling tools. Basic knowledge of Primavera P6 would be an advantage
Ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions when necessary
Capability to handle fast-paced, complex projects in a multi-project and multi-country environment.
