We are looking for a responsible Junior Researcher to professionally perform evaluation/policy analysis tasks.

BE READY TO CHALLENGE YOURSELF
You should be ready to participate in the following research and organisational activities:
- Conducting data gathering (e.g. carrying out semi-structured interviews), analysing and reporting both on qualitative and quantitative descriptive data.
- Synthesising information from various sources and drafting texts for analytical inputs.

Working with and being supported by PPMI senior researchers experienced in conducting evaluations and studies, as well as publishing research papers in international peer-reviewed journals.
COME PREPARED
A successful candidate will have:

Strong interest in EU public policy and a good understanding of the EU policy context.

Familiarity with EU institutions and EU-level policymaking and implementation processes.
- Understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods in social sciences.
- Rigorous and creative analytical reasoning.

Full English proficiency and excellent writing skills, additional languages would be an advantage.

Bachelor’s or higher degree in political science, public policy, public administration, business management or related fields in the social sciences.

Working experience in evaluation and policy analysis (either practical working experience or academic experience gained while implementing research projects) would be an advantage.
