The Position

The Position

As Solution Key Account Manager (18 months contract) assigned with the Core Lab product line, you will participate in co-creating account strategies and go-to-market tactics in line with the Sales Director, the Network Leads and other essential functions (Marketing, Healthcare Development, Service). This role contributes to the common aim that is positioning Roche Diagnostics as a strategic partner towards our customers and ensuring the external mindset shift addressing the customer dialogues focusing on Price-only discussions towards an Return-of-Investment (ROI) approach.

Career Opportunities and Challenges

  • Support the Leaders (Sales, Finance) during the business planning and pricing strategy design phase

  • Lead and facilitate strategic and constructive internal discussions on complex customers’ opportunities whilst leveraging multiple source of data (internal CRM system Rexis, etc., market trends)

  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with senior customer stakeholders (C-Suite)

  • Provide regular updates on the commercial activities within the sales/strategic meeting framework to maintain and upsell of current customers enhancing the Solution Selling

  • Monitor the sales and profitability evolution for the dedicated customer accounts and create strategies how to counteract/accelerate certain patterns as per needs

  • Define business priorities based on the Customer Segmentation

  • Design and implement activities to enhance customer satisfaction

  • Ensure Compliance with Roche Group Code of Conduct and all related local laws, internal policies and regulations

Who You Are

  • University Degree in Natural/Life Sciences, Engineering or related field 

  • Fluent Lithuanian and English language is a must

  • Experience in the Diagnostics and Healthcare market and commercial awareness

  • Experience in performing commercial tasks and customer-driven initiatives (3+ years of experience)

  • Project management and System Thinking skills

  • Strong networker and collaborator

  • Ability to turn sales strategies into executable actions and hold accountability

  • Proven communication and presentation skills 

  • Innovative, creative leader

  • Digital and IT savvy

  • Open minded and curious to learn
