As a Financial Analyst you will play a pivotal role in driving financial analysis and supporting the growth of our organization. We are looking for an individual who can operate at both a high-level perspective and delve into the intricate financial details when necessary. Proficiency in Excel will be paramount to your success in this role, as you will be responsible for leveraging Excel's power to analyze financial data, build complex models, and develop actionable insights. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in analytical development projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our analytical capabilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Perform financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support budgeting and planning processes
• Conduct comprehensive financial modeling, including scenario analysis and sensitivity testing, to assess business performance and evaluate potential investments
• Monitor key financial metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management, helping to guide strategic decision-making
• Prepare and present financial reports, presentations, to stakeholders, including executives and department heads
• Develop and prepare analytical tools and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization
• Collaborate closely with the Power BI team to design and develop impactful reports that provide valuable insights to stakeholders
• Participate in analytical development projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our analytical capabilities

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or a related field
• Experience as a Finance Analyst or similar role, preferably in a corporate finance or strategic planning capacity (2-3 years)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulae, pivot tables, and data manipulation
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful conclusions
• Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders

Monthly salary:

• From 3000 EUR to 4000 EUR gross. Specific amount will be offered based on your work experience and competencies.
