You will:
- Ensure that assigned tasks are performed in a timely and professional manner
- Participate in ongoing improvements and actively collaborate using the LEAN method
- Monitor and escalate process-related issues
- Ensure the best quality of processes and constantly look for solutions to improve or automate them (Robotics, Lean, etc.)
- Collaborate with other teams by sharing best practices
- Create and update documentation and procedures
- Take part in common initiatives and events contributing to team well-being
About you:
- Previous back office or administrative work experience
- Higher education or final-year student
- Customer-oriented and focused on quality and accuracy
- Ability to operate effectively and deliver results in a diverse environment with shifting priorities
- High level of accuracy, quality, and attention to details
- Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently in a quick-changing environment
- Team oriented with a positive attitude and CAN-DO mind-set
- Upper-Intermediate English language skills
We offer:
Monthly salary range from 1400 EUR to 2100 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
