You will:



  • Lead and participate in the development and configuration of new features as well as continuous improvements within Oracle HCM Cloud

  • Engage in daily operations and handle incidents promptly and efficiently

  • Collaborate across teams to ensure integrated and cohesive solutions

  • Maintain and enhance system configurations to improve overall functionality

  • Assist in the documentation of functional and technical solutions

  • Provide insights and guidance on best practices and technological solutions

  • Actively contribute to the strategic planning and execution of HR digital transformation projects

  • Ensure user-centricity in all technical solutions to enhance employee experience


About You:



  • Proven experience in configuring Oracle Human Capital Management Suite, including modules like Core, Recruitment, Learning, Talent & Performance, Compensation, and Analytics

  • Experience with Oracle reporting tools (OTBI, BIP & HCM Extract) and knowledge of Oracle Redwood preferred

  • Implement & support HCM Cloud Applications covering conversion, integrations, customizations. Troubleshoot issues, analyze and take appropriate action to remediate issues

  • Proven ability to produce detailed functional and technical documentation

  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to independently move projects forward

  • Good ability to connect different modules and tasks to maintain a holistic view of our products

  • Team player with a strong inclination towards collaborative problem solving. User-centric mindset with a firm grasp of underlying business processes and needs

  • Advanced consulting skills, capable of advising on the advantages and disadvantages of various approaches and suggesting best practices

  • Advanced English language skills

This position can be located both in Lithuania and Denmark. If you are hired in Lithuania, the applicable salary range will be from 4000 to 6000 EUR monthly (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
