What will you be doing?
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with diplomatic representations and institutional stakeholders to support our goal of attracting foreign direct investment (FDI).
- Engage actively with key governmental institutions (e.g., LT government institutions, LR Embassies) to strengthen the organization's role among institutional partners.
- Foster collaboration with international and local partner organizations.
- Grow the partner network as a strategic sales channel by identifying and engaging new partner groups for our teams.
- Coordinate strategic stakeholder visits and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- Participate in key events and meetings.
- Be one of the main contacts for our partners and provide proactive support.
What do we expect from you?
- Higher education (preferably in marketing, communication or any other area of social sciences)
- Previous experience (at least 2-3 years) as a project manager and/or event organizer.
- Ability to process large amounts of information, observe deadlines and deliver consistently high-quality results.
- Expertise in stakeholder management principles and experience in building partnerships with institutional and/or private partners.
- Strong understanding of event strategies, organization of state visits, delegation coordination, and budget management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
- Creativity and drive to improve, learn, and achieve big results – in other words, a desire to challenge and change the status quo.
