Process Consultant for Welcoming and Orchestration Tribe

We develop IT solutions to support our customers across all customer journeys by delivering quick, transparent, and actionable ordering of banking products. Your closest colleagues will include a Product Owner, Solution Architect, Business Analysts, Process Partners, and a team of Developers/Software Engineers. We are located in Copenhagen, Vilnius, and Bangalore.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different levels of seniority in the role.

You will:

• Participate in end-to-end process optimizations, analysis, exploring business needs, and addressing problems.


• Drive processes from exploration to release


• Facilitate workshops, analyze, gather, and convey complex material


• Translate process design into IT requirements, and adapt processes to new IT solutions


• Create and document solutions in collaboration with stakeholders such as Subject Matter Experts and Risk


• Support stakeholders, users, and tech colleagues with quality assurance and testing

About you:

• You have a background in process consulting and applying process and IT solution designs


• You are systematic, pragmatic, excel at solving structured problems, and thrive in dynamic environments


• You possess knowledge of BPMN notation, which is highly beneficial


• If you have project management experience, it would be considered a great benefit


• If you have previous experience in delivering training or providing mentoring/coaching in Lean and Process improvement methods, it would be considered a benefit


• You have advanced English language skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2000 EUR to 3000 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
