Product Manager

We’re growing and looking for a Product Manager to join one of our cross-functional product teams. You’ll play a central role in shaping the product vision, defining strategy, and driving execution - working closely with customers, engineers, sales, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful products.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Lead product expansion. Bring product into new markets by aligning delivery with customer and regulatory needs.
• Get to know our clients. Talk to customers, dive deep into their businesses, and create a structured view of who they are and what they need.
• Scout new opportunities. Research markets, analyze competitors, and identify the next countries we should target.
• Set the product vision. Build a long-term strategy from data and user insights.
• Own the roadmap. Translate ideas into action with a product plan for the next 12 months.

• Proven track record in product management, ideally in tech or fintech environments.
• Strategic thinker with a strong business mindset.
• Customer-focused and great at uncovering insights.
• Clear communicator who simplifies complexity.
• Data-driven with strong prioritization skills.
• Fast learner with a bias for action and ownership.
