We are seeking a highly skilled Researcher with a strong background in quantitative methods to join our team.




PPMI (part of the Verian Group) is a leading European research and policy analysis centre. COME PREPARED


A successful candidate will have:



  • Demonstrated proficiency in public policy in Europe and evaluation/policy analysis with quantifiable achievements.

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in policy evaluation/analysis, showcasing tangible contributions (ideally, both from perspectives of clients and providers).

  • Thorough understanding of EU institutions and decision-making processes at the EU level.

  • Strong background in statistics and/or data science, with proficiency in SQL and Python.

  • Full English proficiency and excellent writing skills.


 


BE READY TO CHALLENGE YOURSELF


You should be ready to participate in the following analytical work and organisational activities:



  • Implementing evaluation/policy analysis to inform policy-making: collecting and analysing data, formulating evidence-informed conclusions and recommendations.

  • Applying quantitative research methods.

  • Presenting findings to clients, stakeholders, colleagues, and the public at large. Writing evaluation reports and proposals while managing tight and coinciding deadlines. Being ready to travel to meet clients and partners.

  • Contributing to the implementation of EU public management policy and PPMI work in other areas.
