Senior Aftercare Manager | Tech

We are looking for an ambitious, energetic and customer-centric Senior Aftercare Manager to join our Technology Sector Team. 

Your main goal in this position will be to foster relationships with the largest fintech and software companies that are already present in Lithuania. It is an exciting high-impact role where your achievements will be tangible and will be measured by growth of the international companies that are already located in Lithuania. 

What will you be doing?  

• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with top executives within the portfolio of our key already established clients in Lithuania. 

• Show active interest in global technology business trends and analyze business environment to identify opportunities for our investors. 

• Analyze key clients’ business cases and create tailor-made aftercare strategies. 

• Provide consultative leadership, advice on strategic direction, and operational support for our clients to succeed. 

• Develop your local business network as well as international network of founders and executives in high-growth companies, industry opinion leaders, VCs, sector associations and service providers. 

• Actively contribute to the team’s aftercare activities, develop team’s aftercare strategy and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to implement them. 

• Drive towards a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, ensuring a client-focused, target-driven approach. 

What do we expect from you?  

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field - technology, marketing, business administration, economics or political affairs. A degree from an internationally ranked university is a plus. 

• At least 3-5 years of experience in a related sector, focusing on sales, management consulting, or product/business development, preferably in an international B2B context. Experience in key account management is a strong advantage. 

• Understanding of the Lithuanian business environment and key aspects of doing business, with an interest in global technology industry trends and innovations. Knowledge of the technology sector, both locally and internationally. 

• Passion to work with innovative international companies and ability to build relationships as a trusted advisor with C-level executives. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian. 

• Strong interpersonal and intercultural communication skills. 

• Advanced project management, analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to provide solutions based on client’s needs. 

• Creativity, ambition to excel, willingness to learn, and a commitment to working for the greater benefit of the country.

• Gross salary from 2450 to 3450 Eur/month, depending on candidate’s qualifications and experience level.
