Job Description
Responsibilities:
Run end - to - end research projects for clients from various industries (designing questionnaires, preparing briefing notes, tables’ specifications, processing data, preparing reports, summarizing research findings and presenting to Clients)
Selecting appropriate research tools to answer the client's business questions
Participate in research proposals and design
Collaborating with the operations team in project execution
Independently communicate with clients
Building long-term relationships with existing and new clients by offering and delivering insights tailored to specific needs that support business decisions
Expanding the client portfolio and upselling
Learn new methodologies (from NielsenIQ learning sources), keeping up to date with the newest solutions for Clients

As a Senior Customer Success Client Services Executive, you will help multinational FMCG companies across geographies decide how best to innovate their products and optimize their profit.
Qualifications:
Fluent in Lithuanian and English
Bachelor’s Degree holder in fields such as Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences, Psychology, or related disciplines
About 2 years of working experience in Market Research or related field
Experience with data analysis, statistics and market research techniques
Strong analytical and consultative mindset, excellent numerical skills and attention to details
Interest in customer market research (particularly shopper behavior, purchasing patterns, decision-making processes, and factors influencing consumer choices)
Strong interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication
Excellent organization and time-management, and the ability to multitask
Knowledge of using advanced Excel, Powerpoint
Comfortable working in a digital-enabled environment, with proficiency in utilizing AI tools and technologies
Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion, sensitivity and care
