Senior Data Engineer

Softeta is an IT consulting and custom software development company that works with mid-sized and large businesses across Europe. We help clients modernize legacy systems, build tailored digital solutions, and prepare their data infrastructure for AI and automation.

We are looking for a skilled Data or Software Engineer to help improve, maintain, and optimize the data integrations used in reports for the automotive industry. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will mainly be tasked with developing solutions for the on-demand access of data from a diverse range of external and internal sources, in addition to conducting data transformation and aggregation for vehicle history reports.

Responsibilities:

• Incorporating new data sources into vehicle history reports.
• Overseeing, maintaining, and enhancing current data integrations.
• Maintaining data quality.
• Fostering strong communication among various teams and departments.

• Demonstrated experience as a Data or Software Engineer in Senior role;
• Strong proficiency in the Python programming language;
• Familiarity with AWS services, such as Lambda, ECS, Glue, along with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Apache Airflow;
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools, such as Terraform, would be advantageous;
• Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.ation skills and attention to details.

Salary range:

• from 4800 EUR to 6000 EUR monthly before taxes for employees;
• from 32 EUR/H to 40 EUR/H plus VAT for contractors.
