As a Senior Identity and Access Management Engineer, you will be responsible for managing, designing, and implementing cutting-edge cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure. You will be a key player in ensuring the security and efficiency of our clients' cloud environments.
SOME OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee the management and administration of Microsoft Azure cloud tenants, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance.
Design, develop, and implement highly available, multi-region Azure solutions tailored to meet specific business needs.
Lead the migration of existing on-premise infrastructure services to Azure, minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless transition.
Implement robust security measures, including access controls, to safeguard sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.
Leverage IaC principles to automate and streamline infrastructure deployments, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
Analyze, design, implement, and support hybrid on-prem and cloud Active Directory environments, including Azure Active Directory/Entra ID.
Collaborate with business and technical partners to integrate systems and applications with centralized authentication solutions like Active Directory or Azure Active Directory/Entra ID.
Maintain and optimize Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) environments and Entra ID Enterprise Applications.
Continuously monitor the performance and capacity of authentication platforms, identifying and implementing enhancements to ensure optimal performance.

Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and continuous improvement plans.
Support audit activities and implement necessary remediation measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Participate in 24/7 on-call or as required to address and resolve technical escalations related to Azure Cloud infrastructure.
SOME OF OUR REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years of experience with Azure Cloud IAM, preferably with MS Azure EntraID, CyberArk SailPoint IIQ, Identity governance.
5+ years of experience in Information Security and/or Identity and Access Management.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong understanding of IAM, Entra ID, MS AD, and MS Azure Cloud
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools.
Strong understanding of security best practices, identity and access management, and compliance frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address complex technical challenges.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
A passion for learning new technologies and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
Additional requirements:
The role will require traveling in EMEA depending on the country of residence. To optimize travel, by preference, the ideal candidate should be based in Lithuania.
