Job Description
We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Offshore Development Office of the Ignitis Renewables team, where you’ll be playing a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of our projects. In this role, you will help establish and refine project governance frameworks, develop tools and best practices, and ensure smooth implementation of project management processes across various departments. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
Establishing, refining, and upholding project governance frameworks to meet standards, regulations, and organizational policies
Facilitating the development of governance tools, templates, and best practices for effective project management
Implementing project management processes (within different technical and supporting packages (e.g., commercial, HR, legal, etc.) and systems and ensuring implementation of training and awareness initiatives are carried out
Coordinating and overseeing the development of reporting tools and preparing weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports, incl. reports on project resources to different internal and external stakeholders
Interacting with document management team to ensure the document management system and its processes are suitable for the project
Conducting regular project audits and health checks to identify potential risks or issues and ensure adherence to established controls
Providing other administrative assistance and support to project teams
Assisting in hiring, training, and onboarding new team members.
Qualifications
Bachelor or higher degree in management, engineering or another related field
A minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar project management office (PMO) or project governance role
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance processes, quality assurance and project management activities (including reporting, document management, processes, planning and other related fields)
Experience in managing multiple project interfaces within project
Excellent analytical and organisational skills, able to process and present information in a structured format and in a clear unambiguous way
Proven influencing skills and ability to work collaboratively both upwards and at peer level with functional and business colleagues.
A proactive mindset, strong communication and reporting skills, with experience in preparing detailed project reports for various stakeholders.
Willingness to travel.
