We are currently seeking a new colleague - Consultant - to join our Sustainability / ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) team!
Analyse clients’ data and business models in order to identify their impacts, risks, and opportunities from ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) perspective
Support clients in performing double materiality assessments for a variety of large companies operating in different industry sectors
Help clients prepare sustainability reports
Assist in sustainability limited assurance (audit) projects
Stay updated on ESG regulatory landscape, best practices and industry trends to inform decision-making
Leverage world-class knowhow and materials developed by the PwC Network
Use advanced tools like AI (e.g., ChatPwC), Power BI, and others to analyze data and generate actionable insights
Be a part of a team of problem solvers, helping our clients solve emerging business issues on environmental, social and governance topics
Are a recent university graduate or final year student in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Finance, Law or related fields
Have a genuine interest in the ESG agenda (proof of participation in any ESG project (could be internal), knowledge of relevant legislation or related work experience would be considered as an advantage)
Value transparency, truthful reporting, and corporate accountability
Are proficient in Lithuanian and English
Know how to analyse EU and Lithuanian legislation (e.g. CSRD, ESRS)
Can work effectively with the MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Have ambition to support businesses in their sustainability journey and motivation to pursue personal and professional development in ESG area
The monthly gross base salary for this position ranges from 1300 to 1800 EUR. Actual compensation depends on candidate’s qualifications, skills, and performance.
