Your Mission   

The VP Banking & Issuing & Managing Director of Lithuania is managing the Electronic Money accounts proposition of Nuvei and is responsible for its performance and continued growth momentum in its main KPIs, alongside customer satisfaction and strict commitment to regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team management with c40 fintech professionals in various domains.
• Business unit management of a rapidly growing and multi million dollars in revenues to enhance growth, retention of customers, operational efficiency, innovation in technology, etc.
• Develop strategic partnership to enhance the proposition with key players in the financial ecosystem to include banks, credit institutions, technology providers, etc.
• Supervision of operations to ensure smooth customers experience, operational efficiencies while adhering with all the applicable regulatory compliance requirements
• Representing the company to regulatory bodies (e.g Bank of Lithuania) and others as may be required
• Lithuanian branch management that includes responsibilities for local finance, legal, administration and so on

• 5 years of CEO / managing director position of a licensed fintech company.
• Proven experience in business development in a large-scale b2b environment and successful negotiation of multi-million-dollar deals.
• Demonstrate experience in setting a global partnership network in the global finance markets and a detailed understanding of the financial ecosystem.
• People management – proven management of diversified teams in business development, technology, finance, operations and compliance.
• Proven experience in leading a regulated financial institution and managing the relationship with a financial regulator.
• Fluency in English language
