Job Description
In this exciting new program, Product Manager interns will have the opportunity to learn all there is to know about product management best practices at Wix from experts in the field, while taking on real challenges and solving real user problems from day one. We’re looking for talented students and professionals looking to make a career change that have a passion for product. In your day-to-day you will:
Join a real product team, working on new and existing strategic Wix products, at various stages of maturity
Gain feedback, support and guidance from expert mentors throughout your journey, and eventually present your solutions to senior product leadership
Learn how to effectively conduct user research to understand and meet needs
Analyze behavioral data, perform A/B tests and measure all results to ensure the products’ goals are being met
Perform competitive research to ensure all product offerings are cutting-edge
Design and implement the best-in-class solutions with a team of experienced engineers, UX designers and writers, business analysts and more, to solve real user problems
Get a full sense of the Wix's AI focus while assisting in the creation of groundbreaking products
Qualifications
Passion for solving real user problems, with genuine enthusiasm for building digital products that make a meaningful impact (no prior product management experience is required)
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal), with the ability to effectively explain solutions and present findings
High degree of ownership over both professional successes and challenges, and can take initiative to proactively solve problems
Fast learner and who can comfortably take on new technologies, and be open to navigating uncertainty
Strong analytical mindset, quickly drawing business insights and intuition for solving complex problems

We are Wix's Product Guild. We define the strategy and scope of tools and products at Wix, then work closely with UX, BA, Design, Content, Dev and Ops to deliver the most significant impact and value. To do this, we each own a Wix product, research the market and understand our versatile user base's needs, intents, and emotions – from SMBs and enterprises to independent users, agencies, and entrepreneurs worldwide. Our goal is to ensure our users can build any site they want and be proud of it.
